ZOMBIE : Reanimation of corpse

Let me tell you about something! Did you heard about reanimation of corpse? Well the reanimation of corpse is known as “ZOMBIE”. Zombie is mythological undead corporeal revenant. “Zombie virus” causes the appearance of Zombie.  The only mission of zombie is to feed flesh of living being. Zombies tend to have disgusting looking teeth and lots of dead skin. So, recently I’ve watched a Korean series named “ALL OF US ARE DEAD” ;this series was all about zombies. It fascinated me so much that I had to write about zombies.

Basically this series shows that, some students trapped into their school which became full of stduents who turned into zombies. A science teacher of their school reinvented the zombie virus which was named “JONAS VIRUS”. The teacher later injected the virus into a rat and kept that in school’s science lab. After that a student of the school got bitten by the rat & being a while the student turned into zombie. And constantly, becoming zombie of this student other students got bitten by her and turned into zombie. At the end, some students were able to save themselves from the zombies with the help of the governor and the government blew away the whole school by bomb blasting which was filled with zombie students. But it’s just a series with a sorrowful ending; anyone can say how can we relate this with nature? Well, in microbiology there are genres like– fungi as Ophiocordyceps that make “target” and infect various insects through their spore. After infecting, the parasite fungus takes control of the insects mind and turn into reanimation. When Ophiocordyceps unilaterials infect carpenters, they turn into zombies. It reflects that zombies can appear in nature. Scientists have revived a “zombie” virus that spends 48,500 years frozen in permafrost. This virus is trapped in frozen ground & scientists said that this virus can’t infect humans but it’s suggested that, the thawing permafrost could directly threaten human health if it releases other viruses that could.
